SMCS proudly sponsored a climbing team in Nepal during October 2008.

With the climb having come to a conclusion with the summit of  Kyajo-Ri, peaking almost 6200m above sea level - in the Gokyo Region of the Himalayas, Nepal, just out of reach.  The climbing team would like to take the opportunity to  thank everyone involved with the expedition.  Without your efforts and support - adventures like this would not be possible.

A special thanks goes out to the team of Sherpa's for your extrodinary efforts throughout the ascent & decent.
